Happy to join this year once again! I will be working on a desktop polyphonic synth project inspired by the Juno synths. I am also taking all my pizza gear like 2 years ago. From Dresden I'll bring tools and instruments for hacking and the jam. Tell me if you need something I can transport on the move. My main project is to step forward the Neopixel Switch hack. Second I wanna build a stable VGA Generator with ATtiny or ESP for the next level RGBend FX kit. And the ATtiny FX idea, And and ... but maybe that's all too much.

I already had the singing string in my luggage last year. Now it can be built.
The singing string is a simple monochord built with an electronic circuit that makes the string play by itself. Funny instrument for noisy & industrial sound experiments and as harmonic drone machine.

We are not directly at the castle (ppl live there!), but in a house next to it. We can use parts of the castle for particular things / events in addition, also some of the rooms for accommodation, see below. Generally this is just a draft and suspect to change! See also planning notes below.

* outside hackcenter: huge space with a roof, perfect for hacking & making, and maybe also for eating?
* kitchen & living room: might serve for food, but might be too small. Rather for workshops etc?
* roof-space: big room perfectly serves for workshops & talks (might be hot in there in the summer, we'll see)

Das derzeitige Arbeitskonzept ist, dass am 7at7:August Projekte, die über die Woche gelaufen sind, kurz vorgestellt/präsentiert werden. Wir würden das im Laufe der Woche begleiten und schauen, wie man da für die Abschluss-präsi ne "Coreographie" hinkriegt mit der man auch eine "Story" erzählen kann - oder halt einfach schlicht Lighning Talks, one after another. Hatten auch schon wilde Ideen das eher so im Reporter-Stil zu machen. Weitere wilde Ideen welcome!

Das ganze liefe unter den Stichwörtern "DIY, making, empowerment" und natürlich auch "Knowledge sharing, openness, experimentation, etc". Das hängt dann natürlich auch bitzli von den konkreten Projekten ab, die vor Ort gemacht werden, wir würden uns da erst mal an den letzten Jahren orientieren.

Wäre ja auch geil für Euch, dann habt ihr nachher auch nen kooles Video wo man Insights kriegt, was die SGMK so macht?
